I obtained such knowledge from myself seeing what the world is coming to. I don't think that you understand the meaning of music. If music didn't progress and stayed at its basic roots, we would have videos on you tube of people bashing rocks together and nothing else. to truly understand music, you must listen to a full range of styles even if they are new, they have all came from the same place. Just because music sounds different and new doesn't mean its bad, it's just experimentation.
