have you tried connecting the fan to one of the power supply connectors? read my comment above if this is the case. or your case, hehehe.

With fans, what i do is i get the 4 pin connector for the fan (or in my case a pump as well) and i plug into my power supply. im sure most of them have a 4 pin connector. i then add more fans to the same connector, as there is both a male and a female 4-pin connector on all my fans. meaning that i can have many fans on one single power supply connector. hope this helps a bit.

Sorted.. Did a little saw / drill job on the ally mounts and with the use oo a 4 pin molex to 3 pin adapter I have managed to fit the fan.. Works a treat.

same i got mines and its awesome! no noise andmy CPU is under 20*C @ 2.6Ghz! but when load it gets to 45*C
