Firstly, Celcius is the standard of measurement everywhere in the world except in the US. From the tests, 50C is 122 F, and 60 C is 140 F to give everyone an idea what he's talking about.
Secondly, this cooler is built as a 17" gaming laptop base station*, not for use on your lap, and has useful additional USB ports + comfortable tilt.
I just bought an Alienware M17, and this is the perfect cooler due to powerful fans, and the heat-transfer of its aluminum. There was nothing else that compared!

i just bought this and it keeps my 8800m under 60*c, but the cpu still seems to get a bit warm.
