hi ive just got into this to save some money. decied on buying the 5 day things. i made 30 ltres of red which turned out ok but i think there was alot of co2 still in the wine. this time im making a rose wine , its done but i keep shaking the barrel and theres tons of foam on the top . how much frickin shaking of the barrel do i need to do to get rid of it all!!!! lol

thanks for all the great comments. i will post the entire process when we do it this year in September....starting with the buying of the cases of grape and ending with me pouring a nice glass of wine (and everything in between, of course).
