oops: I meant: "Don't fill your wine in bottles before the fermentation has really stopped,"

Of course, you must add some sugar, but you have to calculate: 25%sugar (of wheight, not volume) are perfect. If you have over 35% sugar, you will get a wine with just a little alcohol(5-9%vol).... i guess thats not what you want, huh?
Usually the whole fermention lasts about 3 months, but you have almost the maximum of alc after 14 days. Don't fill your wine in bottles after the fermentation has really stopped, or you have a granade!(or you open the bottles within a few days)
Cheers!

This video from you, young guys, is the first video which has almost a perfect explanation!
Most wine-videos made in the USA are really bullshit!
Now I give you some advice:

Your main mistake: You NEVER put the yeast directly into the bottle!!!!!
You have to rehydrate it with a little water before.Make sure that the yeast-water and the juice have almost the same temperature when you put them together, and not over 35°C ! (you might kill the yeast)
