looking at the comments on this video im not sure Israeli wine has the quality you claim.

your on the right track. The temperatures in the middle east do get far too hot but im sure there are some good wines somewhere in Israel.

have to agree with you there. but they sure do try to paint a picture of the perfect climate in Israel. Great for olives but not for vines.

Fertile area maybe but sadley the middle east sun over cooks the grapes.
You cant make a good wine with the wrong temperatures and humidity.
